2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose of their use
When our website www. kann-strafverteidigung. com is launched, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information’s are recorded without your intervention and stored until there are automatically deleted:

ii Google reCAPTCHA
We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).
reCAPTCHA is used to check whether the data entered on our website (such as on a contact form) has been entered by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, how long the visitor has been on the website, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis will be forwarded to Google.
The reCAPTCHA analyses take place completely in the background. Website visitors are not advised that such an analysis is taking place.

- Right to rectification/ amendment of personal data: You have the right to request for your personal data to be amended or rectified where it is inaccurate and to have incomplete personal data completed by us in accordance with the art. 16 of the GDPR;
- Right to erase/ right to be forgotten: You have the right to obtain deletion of your personal data in the following cases in accordance with the article 17 of the GDPR:
. the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected and processed;
. our legal grounds for processing is consent, you withdraw consent and we have no other lawful basis for the processing;
. our legal grounds for processing is that the processing is necessary for legitimate interests pursued by us or a third party, you object to our processing and we do not have overriding legitimate grounds;
. you object to our processing for direct marketing purposes;

- Right to data processing: pursuant to the article 20 of the GDPR, you have a right to receive your personal data provided by you to us and have the right to send the data to another organisation
- Right to withdraw consent: Where we process personal data based on consent, individuals have a right to withdraw consent at any time in accordance with the article 7 (3) of the GDPR. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue processing data based on this consent in the future.
- Right to complain to a supervisory authority : pursuant to the article 77 of the GDPR. You can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our office.
7 . Right of objection
If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 paragraph1, 1f of the GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to the article 21 of the GDPR, provided that there are reasons arising from your particular situation or that the objection is directed against direct advertising. We use the most common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. Usually, this is 256-bit encryption. Whether a single page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form is indicated by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
